The Story of Jude's Rum Cakes

For over a decade we have shared our gourmet rum cake with friends and family across the nation and beyond. If you have never had a chance to experience our version of how a rum cake should taste, I urge you to give this a try. If you don't like it, I will NOT charge you.

Jude is my mother-in-law. We mastered this rum cake recipe many years ago following a trip to Panama. We use premium ingredients, the finest rum, pecans sourced from a small orchard in Missouri. We exclusively use Nordic Ware cookware. The environment is a priority to us, therefore, we recycle and compost.

This is an excellent gift for the person that has everything - foodies, executives, celebrities, musicians, and people who appreciate the finer things in life.

People often ask what makes my cakes different from other rum cakes. I believe that it is the quality products, technique, and consistency…that, and AMAZING friends and customers that share the cakes and spread the good word.
